Practice plus 3 Afternoons of
Theory, Asana Technique and Subtle
Pranayama

Guided Self-Practice - Posture,
Free Breathing, Looking Place

When John guides a self-practice
class he holds the group as a whole
as well as meeting each student as
an individual within the group. The
energy is welcoming, safe,
nurturing, energising and a
powerful group focus arises, the
conditions are thus set for the
experience to be beneficial and
long lasting. John's aim is to help
each student evolve into an
independent practitioner
progressing to potentially being
able to also pass on the experience
of yoga to others. John will
challenge each student's body,
breath, and mind giving guidance
through physical and verbal
adjustments and instructions where
necessary.

3 Afternoons of Theory, Asana
Technique and Subtle Pranayama

There is only a little amount of
information that can be conveyed to
the student in Guided Self-Practice
classes so John additionally offers
3 afternoons of Theory and
practical, this gives John an
opportunity to explore in greater
detail aspects of the practice that
may not be reached during the focus
of self-practice.
