1. Classes at the Ashtanga Yoga Research
Institute will resume on June
7th after Guruji's tour.
2. The Sri
K. Pattabhi Jois Charitable Trust
In honor of 90 years, and a life-long dedication to spreading the
teachings of Yoga worldwide, AYRI is pleased to announce the creation
of THE SRI K. PATTABHI JOIS CHARITABLE TRUST. To date, the fund has
raised
over $20,000 US, and is nearing one
million rupees. The time to give is not over. Contributions for
Guruji's 90th birthday will be accepted until July 1st, 2005.
To support the Sri K Pattabhi Jois Charitable Trust, and to honor Guruji
in a
way
that demonstrates to his family—and to his community—how
deeply
respected and loved he is abroad, please join our worldwide appeal. Questions
can be answered by writing to gurujipurnima@gmail.com.

3. Purple
Valley Drop In Centre in Goa is looking for experienced Ashtanga
teachers for the 2005/06 season. You must have at least three years
teaching
experience. Preferably Authorised and must be able to teach Primary
and Intermediate series. Better if you can teach Advanced as well.
You need to be able to stay and work for at least a month (there are
different months available). This is an ideal post for anyone on their
way to or from Mysore. We don't cover flights or accommodation, but
the pay is very good for India. If you are interested in finding out

4. Yoga
East of Los Angeles located in Silverlake offers
a continuation of the Mysore program started by Noah and Kimberly Williams.
We are currently looking for certified/authorized teachers to handle
our very active morning program. The dates currently in need of filling
are 7/16/05-10/14/05 and 12/1/05-2/28/06 and 5/1/06 onward. Please

those times.
