1. Happy Birthday, Guruji! Sri Krishna Pattabhi Jois was born on the full moon day of July 1915 (Guru Purnima day). This year, that day falls on July 2nd. Divine self, We had an excellent day on 6th June 2004 the birthday of Amma, wife of Sri. K.P. Jois and my aunt in my yoga shala at Bangalore. Guruji, my uncle, Saraswathi, my first cousin were here driving all the way from Mysore to be in the company of our relatives who were around 120 on that day. Guruji was very much relaxed and enjoyed the day amidst such a huge [number of] family members. Again we will be meeting on 27th June 2004 at the birth place of Guruji, Kaushika, where Guruji will be performing the poojas in the temple there.
