There is a sweet little Ashtanga studio in Pacific Grove, California in need of a teacher. Pacific Grove is a small coastal town between Monterey and Carmel. It is called "the last home town" due to the fact that you can virtually walk everywhere for most all of your needs. (And it is very beautiful.) Yoga People is now offering a 4-day Mysore program Mon-Wed-Fri-Sun for $180 a month and a 3-day program for $160 a month. Our room is open for self-practice on Tue & Thur. There is a led Ashtanga class Thursdays at 6pm. Our program is being led by Guta Hedwig who has studied with Pattabhi Jois and has completed Second Series. We also have Ananda Adams, who has just returned from India and received her authorization from Pattabhi Jois. We are the only yoga center in Brooklyn offering a Mysore program.
